Dealer and rental needs matrix

A grid lists tasks down the side, with four columns headed sales, parts, service and rental, so every weekly job lands under the team that does it. Each task carries a weekly volume and an owner’s name, and a tick shows dealer system, rental system or both, so overlaps between the two show immediately. A bottom row lists the unit statuses the business needs, such as in stock, on hire, on demo, in workshop and sold.
