This website is operated by Gully System Private Limited (“GullySystem”, “we”, “us”). By using the site — reading it, sending an enquiry, or applying for a role — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover use of the website only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or contract — and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

You may read the site and use its forms to contact us or apply for a job. You may not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Our admin area is for authorised staff only. Accessing or attempting to access accounts, data or areas you are not entitled to is not permitted.

When you submit an enquiry or an application, you confirm the information is your own and accurate. We use anti-spam checks, including Google reCAPTCHA, to keep automated submissions out; a submission we cannot verify may be held or declined.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A project begins only when we have both signed a written agreement. Applying for a role does not guarantee an interview or an offer.

We provide custom software development and related engineering services. Anything said on this site about our services is a general description, not a promise of a specific result — timelines, scope, deliverables and price are set per project in the written agreement for that project.

We do not sell goods or take payment through this website. Any invoicing happens under the project agreement.

The site’s content, design, logo and illustrations are ours or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. The GullySystem name and mark are ours.

Ownership of anything we build for a client is dealt with in that client’s agreement, not here.

The site may link to services we use or refer to — a map, a social network, a partner. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it without notice.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site itself — for example loss from relying on general information here rather than on written advice for your situation.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.
