GullySystem
Partner programme

Bring business software to your clients without building it yourself.

GullySystem builds ready industry software and custom systems. Partners introduce, scope or resell them to their own clients, on terms written down before the first project.

Who it suits

Four kinds of partner.

Agencies and consultancies

A web, marketing or operations consultancy whose clients keep asking for a booking system, a portal or a back office. You scope with the client; we build, host and support what the scope needs.

Accountants and business advisers

Advisers see where a client’s spreadsheets give out first. You bring the problem and the chart of accounts; we bring the system that stops the month-end rework.

Local IT and managed service firms

A firm that already looks after a client’s devices and network can add business software to the same contract, with us behind it for the parts that need development.

Introducers and referral partners

Trade bodies, franchise networks, software resellers and people who simply know many owners. You introduce; we speak to the owner and keep you informed.

How it works

From introduction to a live system.

1. Introduce

Tell us about the client and the problem in a short note. We confirm whether it fits before anyone is contacted.

2. Scope together

We run the requirements work with you in the room, or without you if you prefer, and write the scope down.

3. Build and support

We build from the scope, host the system if asked, and answer support in the way the partner terms set out.

4. Stay the first contact

The client deals with you first. We stay behind the scenes unless you want us in front.

What we ask

A real client and an honest scope.

  • An actual client with an actual need, not a list of names.
  • Scope written down before work starts, including what is left out.
  • Care with client data, and a say for the client in where it is hosted.
  • Plain statements about what the software does today, and no promises on our behalf.
Common questions

Questions partners ask first.

Can the product carry our brand instead of yours?

For some products, yes. Logo, colours, domain and wording on the client-facing screens can be changed. How far this goes depends on the product, so it is agreed in writing for each client.

Who owns the client relationship and the client’s data?

The client owns its data. The relationship stays with the partner unless the client asks to deal with us directly, and the partner terms say how that is handled.

How are partners paid?

There is no standard rate. Referral fees, resale margins and shared-delivery arrangements are agreed one partner at a time and put in writing before the first client is introduced.

Do we need to be in India, or in a particular country?

No. We work remotely with partners and clients anywhere. Currency, tax and data-location settings follow the client’s country and are reviewed with the client’s own adviser.

Next step

Tell us who you work with.

A few lines about your clients and what they ask for is enough to start.
