Export order file checklist

A one-page checklist groups the order file into four blocks, namely part, party, permission and shipment, and each block ends with a tick and a date. The part block has part number, revision, classification and decider, while the party block has buyer, end user, statement and screening date. The permission block has licence reference and expiry, and the shipment block ticks invoice, packing list, certificate and waybill against the order lines before the truck is loaded.
