Dinnerware pattern and set sheet

Worksheet on one page, split into two blocks. Block one lists the pieces of a pattern: piece code, name, stock, reorder point, supplier lot and unit price. Block two lists the sets: set code, component codes with quantities, derived availability, set price, sum of piece prices and the gap between them. A last strip records discontinued status and the stock held back for replacements.
