Worksheet
Spreadsheet failure audit
Your last five events run down the side of a single printed grid, with four columns across: quote versions, vendor payments, run sheet changes and margin. In each cell mark whether the file held, needed a fix or caused a problem. A last column notes the cost of the problem in hours, and a bottom row counts the breaks. Attach the oldest and newest workbook for each event so the break can be shown to the team.
