Tool history card
A card per tool, one page each. The top block holds tool number, customer part, drawing revision, material, cavities, maker and owner for quick lookup at the toolroom bench. The middle block is a grid whose columns run date, run or repair, shots or pours, cause, hours down and sign-off, one row per event. The foot lists the current location, the last movement and the next service due, so a toolroom lead can see the state of a tool at a glance.
