Goods return and credit note checklist
Five blocks, one for each step, make up this single-sheet checklist: find the invoice, record the reason, post the stock, take the next number, file in the month. Each block carries tick boxes for the fields that must be filled, a signature line for the approver and a line for the credit note number. A small table at the foot lists the reason codes: damaged in transit, wrong size, short expiry, courier refusal, buyer cancellation and rate difference, each with a one-line meaning.
Name: ______________________ Business: ______________________ Date: ______________
