A one-page spreadsheet. Rows hold forty to eighty scope items grouped under screens, reports, integrations, migration and support. Columns hold the item, the user, one column per vendor with a choice of included, excluded, assumed or unclear, and a note. A summary strip counts each word per vendor and lists the rows to send back.
