Block one lists each product family with its required fields, and block two takes twenty sample items and records selling unit, pack quantity and minimum release. Block three is a grid of items against documents, ticked when the file is on record, and block four holds account, rate list, start date and approver. Block five names each quote-only item. Owner and reply deadline sit beside it.
