Worksheet
Order time and action calendar
One page per order. The header holds buyer, style, quantity and ship date, and the rows list each milestone from lab dip through to final inspection. Columns hold the owner, planned date, actual date, days late, a blocking mark and a remarks cell, so every row shows who is late and by how much. A foot strip names the response.
Name: ______________________ Business: ______________________ Date: ______________
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
