KPI definition sheet template
A wide grid with ten columns: metric name, plain-words meaning, formula, source table and field, inclusions, exclusions, date basis, owner, refresh time and version date. Three example rows are filled in. They cover net sales, receivables over 60 days and stock cover, each showing its owner by name, plus a nightly or morning refresh time. A signature block at the foot holds the sales head and the accounts head, with the date they agreed and a line for the version.
Name: ______________________ Business: ______________________ Date: ______________
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
