Supplier quote comparison sheet
A wide page, one column per supplier. Block one holds item, specification, quantity and quote validity. Block two builds landed cost per unit from price, freight, insurance, duty and setup charges, so every quote lands on the same footing. Block three records payment terms, quantity tolerance and warranty. Block four shows promised and received dates for the last five orders from each supplier, then the decision, the reason and the approver’s name.
