A checklist with three blocks. Block one covers ownership: repository, database backup, server, domain, store account and third party keys, each with a tick and a holder’s name. Block two lists every contracted feature with its status, which is working, partly working, mock up or not started, as judged by you. Block three compares continue, move and stop across cost, time and risk, with a column for the staff hours you would spend.
