Automation prioritisation scorecard
A table lists each candidate process down the side, with volume, repetition, stability and risk each rated low, medium or high by the person who runs the process. Processes high on the first three measures and low on risk sort to the top as the pilot shortlist, while anything high-risk is flagged for a human checkpoint. Write the owner’s name beside each row.
Name: ______________________ Business: ______________________ Date: ______________
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
