Worksheet
Contractor bill paper-trail checker
Print it on one page. Each row is one bill, and the columns run across the six papers: work order and amendment, gate pass, measurement sheet, inspection call, weighment slip and stores entry. A cell holds a tick or a date. Two last columns name the chaser and the promised date, so a meeting about stuck bills starts from the sheet and not from memory.
Name: ______________________ Business: ______________________ Date: ______________
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
