Workshop issue and receipt ledger

A one-page ledger, one sheet per workshop. Columns run across: date, slip number, material, issued weight or length, expected return, pieces received, scrap received, rework flag and running balance. The top of the sheet names the workshop and gives its wastage allowance and contact. A footer line shows total material outside and days since the last count.
