Slow laptop triage sheet

A triage table with a row for each laptop. Columns hold the user, model, age, drive type, memory and free disk space. Further columns log startup items disabled, pending updates and the drive health result. Two more hold the cold start time and the large spreadsheet time, measured before and after the cleanup. The last column records the decision: clean, upgrade or replace.
