Worksheet
Pet food reorder worksheet
Each pet takes one line of the sheet, so a household with three animals fills three lines. Columns hold species, birth date, weight and weigh-in date, feeding-guide band, daily grams, pack size, bags at home, calculated run-out date, delivery days, reminder date and the owner’s correction. A second block logs actual days between orders for each food, so the calculated date can be tested against what really happened.
