One sheet lists every series on its own line, with columns for series name, prefix, branch, year, first number, last number, count issued, count cancelled and reviewer initials. Underneath sits a table of cancelled numbers. Each row holds the reason, the user and the replacement number, so every gap carries its own explanation at month end.
