Count difference tracer

This single printed page serves one cycle count session. Each row holds an item code, bin, system quantity, counted quantity, difference and counter initials, followed by a note field for what the counter saw in the aisle. Five tick columns for receiving error, unit mismatch, wrong bin, damage and unscanned pick give each difference a cause before the counter moves to the next row. A bottom block totals differences by cause. The biggest leak is clear after one week.
