Oversell diagnosis sheet

A single-page grid that lists every oversold order, one order per row. The columns hold order number, SKU, order time, last stock change time, channel, cause (sync delay, race, bundle, return, miscount) and the fix assigned. A summary strip at the bottom counts causes so the biggest one is obvious.
