QA Intern

A six-month internship learning to test software properly. Manual testing first, because that is where the instinct for breaking things is built, then automating the cases that are worth running on every release.

What you will learn and do

• ✓Write test cases from a requirement document and run them against real builds.
• ✓Automate regression tests using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• ✓Log defects that a developer can act on without asking you three follow-up questions.
• ✓Test on real devices and browsers, not just the one on your desk.
• ✓Help keep the automated suite green rather than ignored.

What we are looking for

• ✓Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, IT or a related field.
• ✓Basic programming in JavaScript, Python or Java.
• ✓A methodical streak — you are the person who tries the weird input.
• ✓Clear written English for defect reports.
• ✓Able to commit to six months full-time.
