You turn up and take a seat, with no idea whether it's twenty minutes or two hours — next to a room full of other stressed animals.
Appointments took days
You could only call during clinic hours, which are the same hours you're at work. Then you hoped something was free.
Waiting with a sick pet
Every day between spotting that something's wrong and getting seen is a day your pet spends unwell, and you spend worrying.

We built one place that connects owners to vets, shaped around a simple test: can a worried person go from noticing a symptom to a booked appointment without putting the phone down?

Search by what your pet actually needs, so you're choosing on expertise rather than postcode.
Round-the-clock booking
Book at eleven at night if that's when you notice something. The clinic doesn't need to be open for you to get in the diary.
Online consultations
Plenty of questions don't need a car journey and a cat in a carrier. Those get answered on a call.
Integrated payments
Paying happens in the app, so nobody is hunting for a card at the counter with an unhappy animal under one arm.

Grooming, boarding and supplies sit next to the medical side, so one account covers the whole animal, not just the sick days.
