- Dispatch and installation handover
- Returns and field faults

Who logs in, and what each person may see or change.

- For the stores
- For service and support staff
Reports to ask for
Ask to see each one with your own sample data.
- Units by model and stage
- End-of-line failures by reading type
- Firmware version by shipped serial
- Module and board lots by failure count
- Cable assemblies due and late
- Returns by lot and fault
Systems it may need to connect to
Note which ones you already run.

Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Can it tell us which firmware each shipped charger carries?
- How do we find every charger with a suspect module lot?
- Does it handle both AC wallboxes and DC cabinets?
- Which end-of-line readings can be stored?
- Can cables from a subcontractor be tracked?
- Does it replace our charging back office?
- How are plates and labels produced?
- How are options like screens priced?
- Can past serials be imported?
- How is a demonstration organised?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Firmware versions drift across a batch
- Power modules and boards arrive in lots
- End-of-line results sit on the bench PC
- Variants multiply with connectors and options
- Field faults return with no build history
