Integrations for Bakeries
The system connects to the channels a bakery uses to message customers and take payment, and it exports figures for the accountant. Each link depends on the other service and is confirmed during scoping.
Messages to customers
WhatsApp or SMS messages are sent when a cake order is ready for pickup, and email is available as another channel. The bakery picks the channels its customers read. Sender names and any approvals that the messaging service asks for are agreed when the channels are set up. Delivery rests with that service.

Accounts and Tally
What stays outside the system
- Billing software already in use, which is replaced rather than linked
- The messaging provider’s own charges and approvals
- An FSSAI licence, which the batch log does not provide
- Supplier ordering beyond the purchase order sent from the system
Frequently asked questions
Can purchase bills be posted straight into Tally?
Not as standard. Purchase bills are exported as a file for Tally. Posting them straight in would be additional work.
Do customers need an app to get a cake-ready message?
No. The message arrives by WhatsApp or SMS, so customers need nothing installed.
Can the item list come from our current billing software?
Yes. Items, wholesale customers with their dues and suppliers are imported from the current software or Excel and checked by the team.
Can other tools be connected?
Possibly. Anything outside the list above is checked during scoping, and nothing is promised before then.
