Integrations for Building Material Trading Software
The system connects to Tally, WhatsApp, SMS, UPI and payment gateways, an e-way bill provider and weighbridge printouts. Where one depends on the other system, the connection is confirmed during scoping.
What the system connects to
A yard rarely runs on one tool. The accountant works in Tally, contractors are reached by message, and receipts arrive by UPI. Loads that need an e-way bill go through the provider the accountant uses. The integrations are listed here so the client knows what is in scope before work begins.
Each connection and what it covers
What depends on the other system
A connection depends on the system at the other end. Tally imports follow the accountant’s own set-up. The e-way bill depends on the portal or provider the accountant already uses. Gateways and SMS depend on the services the yard has chosen.
- Ledger names expected by the accountant in Tally
- The e-way bill provider and its requirements
- The payment gateway or UPI set-up in use
- The SMS and WhatsApp services chosen by the yard
Confirmed during scoping
Which connections are switched on, and how deeply each goes, is confirmed with the client during scoping. The system does not issue e-way bills itself and does not replace Tally. Charges levied by outside providers stay with the client.
Frequently asked questions
Will our accounts stay in Tally?
Yes, they can. Invoices, credit notes and receipts export for the accountant to import, and balances can be brought in from Tally before go-live.
Does it issue the e-way bill?
No. It prepares the data from the challan. The bill itself is generated on the portal or through the provider already in use.
Is the weighbridge connected directly?
No. The weight from the printout is entered against the trip, so the figure the site checks is on the record.
Can UPI payments be taken through it?
UPI receipts are recorded against bills. Which payment gateway is connected, if any, is confirmed during scoping.
Can messages go out by WhatsApp?
Yes. A message with the outstanding can be sent from the account, and the client chooses the wording.
