Integrations for CA Practice Software
A CA practice system connects to the tools the firm already uses: WhatsApp, email, Tally, Excel and bank records. This page says what each connection does and what is confirmed during scoping.
What it connects to
What depends on the other system
Each connection relies on the other tool for part of the work. The WhatsApp link depends on the client’s number being held on the master. The Tally export depends on how your books are organised. Imports depend on how clean the client sheets are. Cleaning them takes staff time before go-live.
Confirmed during scoping
Some details are not fixed in advance.
- The layout of the Tally export, and which entries it carries
- How UPI and bank transfer records are brought in
- Which Excel sheets are imported, and how they are mapped
- Who reviews reminders before they go by WhatsApp or email
What it does not connect to
Returns are filed on the government portal, and the system does not file them. It records the acknowledgement number and the filed copy afterwards. Portal credentials are not stored. Any connection beyond this list is discussed with the firm during scoping, and it is not assumed.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect directly to the GST portal?
No. Filing stays on the portal. The system raises the job and stores the acknowledgement after filing.
Will fee bills appear in Tally on their own?
Not by default. An export is written at set-up where retyping would otherwise be needed, and its layout is agreed with the firm.
Are WhatsApp reminders sent automatically?
No. A team member reviews each request or reminder before it goes out.
Can the client list be imported from Excel?
Yes. Client masters, GSTINs, PANs, services and fees come in from your sheets, along with open work and its due dates.
Are bank transfers matched to bills automatically?
How receipts are brought in and matched is agreed during scoping. Each receipt is recorded against the bill it settles.

What happens after you share your requirements
- A senior engineer reads your answers. Nobody phones first.
- Within one business day you get a written note: what we understood, what we would start with, and the questions we still have.
- If it fits, a proposal follows with the order of work, what we need from you and what you receive at each step.
- No call is booked and nothing is paid until you have read the note. Your details stay with us.
