Reports for CA Partners and Managers
These reports cover filings due, jobs pending, papers awaited, filings completed and fees. Each is read from the jobs, requests and bills the firm already keeps in the system.
What the reports answer
A partner’s questions are usually about what is due, what is stuck and what is unpaid, and each report below answers one of them. The figures follow the jobs, document requests and bills as they are updated. A report that looks thin usually points to a record that has not been entered yet.
The reports
Who reads them
Partners read filings due and fees outstanding, and managers read jobs pending against each article, since they allocate work and follow up on what is slipping. Office and accounts staff work from the billing and recovery reports. Fee visibility is set with the firm.

Frequently asked questions
Are the figures live?
Yes. Reports read the current jobs, requests and bills, so they change as entries are made.
Can the due list be read by staff member?
Yes. Filings due are shown by client and by staff member, over seven, fifteen and thirty days.
Does the system report on the client’s own books?
No. It runs the practice, not the client’s accounting. Reports cover the firm’s jobs, papers and fees.
Can a report beyond this list be added?
Yes, where the data is held in the system. Additional reports are scoped with the firm during implementation.
