Chit Company Website and Enquiry List
A chit company can publish its own website from the same software that runs its groups. Enquiries from the form land in a list that staff mark as contacted or converted.
What the website shows
From enquiry to subscriber
A visitor fills in the enquiry form on the site. The enquiry lands in a list inside the software, and an email alert goes to the office so that staff know a new one has arrived. Staff contact the visitor and mark the entry as contacted. When the visitor joins a group, it is marked converted.
Who looks after it
Office staff work the enquiry list day to day, marking each entry as it is followed up. GullySystem hosts the website with the software and takes backups. Support comes from the engineers who built it.
What is agreed during implementation
The wording of plans, the page layout and the contact details are supplied by the company, and who receives the email alerts is settled at set-up. The website does not take chit subscriptions online. A visitor still enrols through the office.
