Reports for Chit Fund Companies
These reports cover defaulters, commission, collections, ledgers and payouts. Each one reads from the dues, receipts and auction records the office already keeps in the software.
Seven reports, one set of records
A chit company often tracks dues in one book, receipts in another and payouts in a third, which makes a single question slow to answer. Here the reports draw on the same ticket records, so one figure matches the next. Entries show up as soon as they are made.
The reports
Who acts on them
Office staff and collection agents work from the defaulters and unpaid dues lists. Foremen and managing directors read the commission ledger, pending payouts and group-wise totals, and the monthly ledger is read at month close. Subscribers do not see these reports. They see only their own dues and payments in the portal.
What the figures reflect
The figures reflect what has been recorded. A collection must be entered before a due shows as paid, and security must be marked verified before a payout shows as verified. Reports beyond this list can be scoped with the company during implementation.
Frequently asked questions
Does the defaulters report include phone numbers?
Yes. It lists every ticket with overdue dues, the amount owed and the member’s mobile number.
Can a report be filtered by group?
Yes. Unpaid and part-paid dues can be filtered by group, and the monthly ledger is opened for a chosen group and instalment.
Are the figures live?
Yes. They read the current records, so they change as collections and auction results are entered.
Do these reports replace our accounts?
No. They cover the chit side. Your books stay in Tally or your own accounts package.
