Drawings and Site Documents for Builders
Drawings, approvals, agreements and handover notes are attached to the site and to its stages. The current drawing is marked, and older versions remain visible.
Documents held with the site record
A site collects papers over its life, including drawings, approvals, agreements and handover notes. Keeping them under the site and its stages means the supervisor, billing engineer and project manager all open the same file. The papers no longer sit on one person’s phone or in a WhatsApp group that cannot be searched.
How documents are kept
Who uses them
Site engineers and supervisors read the current drawing at the site, whatever stage is under way. Billing engineers refer to agreements when preparing a running bill. Project managers check approvals across sites. Who may upload or change a document is decided with the firm before launch.
What it is not
Nothing is drawn or checked here. It does not hold BIM models or carry out structural design, and a drawing is stored as a file against the site. File types and size limits are confirmed during scoping, together with how documents are named.
Frequently asked questions
Does it replace drawing software?
No. Drawings are made elsewhere and attached here. The software stores each one against the site and stage, and marks the current version.
Can an old drawing be viewed after a revision?
Yes. Older versions remain visible, and the current one is marked.
Can the documents be searched?
Documents are listed under the site and the stage they belong to, so a search starts from the site record. How files are named and grouped is decided with the client at set-up.
Can a document be attached from a phone?
Photographs are uploaded from the phone that took them. Which other file types can be attached from a phone is confirmed during scoping.

What happens after you share your requirements
- A senior engineer reads your answers. Nobody phones first.
- Within one business day you get a written note: what we understood, what we would start with, and the questions we still have.
- If it fits, a proposal follows with the order of work, what we need from you and what you receive at each step.
- No call is booked and nothing is paid until you have read the note. Your details stay with us.
