Integrations and Connections for Construction Sites
The software connects to WhatsApp, to Tally through an export agreed at set-up, to Excel for rate lists and measurement sheets, and to UPI and bank transfer records.
What it connects to
The product holds sites, stages, labour, material and bills. Several things around it stay in other systems. Accounting remains with the firm’s accountant, and messages travel through WhatsApp. Item rates and quantities often begin in Excel. The sections below say what each connection does and what is settled during scoping.
The connections
Confirmed during scoping
Before go-live the firm and GullySystem agree the Tally export layout, the Excel columns to be read, and which messages go to WhatsApp. Sites already in progress arrive with their stages, bills, advances and retention. Two are checked against the firm’s files first.
What it does not connect to
It does not post into Tally on its own. It does not move money, since payments are made through the firm’s bank. Planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project are outside it, because this software records the site and the money, not a critical path network.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to Tally?
Not directly today. Records are listed for the accountant, and an export can be written at set-up where retyping is heavy.
Can rate lists be loaded from Excel?
Yes. Rate lists and measurement sheets are imported from Excel. The columns are agreed during scoping.
Will messages come from our own WhatsApp number?
Yes, click-to-chat messages such as indent approvals and bill reminders can reach WhatsApp from the firm’s own number.
Does it link to a bank account?
No. It records UPI and bank transfer references against bills. The payment itself is made through the firm’s bank.
