Employee records sit between attendance, payroll and the people themselves. The software therefore reads from some systems and sends to others. What can be connected depends on the machine model, the payroll software and the channels the client uses. Those are checked before work begins.

What the connections do not do
Payroll software and consultants stay in charge of salary calculation and statutory filing. This software prepares the month and holds the payslips released. A link to an accounting package is not assumed. Any such link is raised during scoping and treated as its own item.

Will our existing biometric machine work?
That depends on the model. Most machines export a file and many allow a direct connection, so the model is checked and confirmed during scoping, before any commitment is made.
Can we keep our payroll consultant?
Yes. The month is exported in the format the consultant asks for, and the salary calculation stays with them.
Can staff data come in from Excel?
Yes. Most set-ups start there. The sheet is cleaned, duplicates are merged, and spellings and joining dates are settled with the client before anything is loaded.
Are WhatsApp and SMS required?
No. The business chooses the channels for messages when the work is scoped, and email is one of the options alongside WhatsApp and SMS.
