Fire Safety Software Connections to WhatsApp, Tally and UPI
Your office already runs on messages, payments and an accountant’s ledger. The fire safety system sits beside those tools instead of asking you to drop them.

What each connection depends on
- An account you hold with the messaging or payment provider
- What that provider currently allows, which can change
- Label printers and phones your team already owns
- The ledger names your accountant uses in Tally
- Scoping, where each link is confirmed and priced before work starts
Frequently asked questions
Will messages come from our own number?
Yes, through an account you hold with the provider. Approval of that account rests with them.
Is the Tally link automatic?
No. Figures are prepared for your accountant to bring in, and a closer link is quoted after the ledger names are agreed.
Can our existing label printer be used?
Often it can. We check the printer make and model during scoping. A driver change is quoted separately if one turns out to be needed.
What if a provider changes its rules later?
The change is reviewed and the affected feature is adjusted. We cannot promise what an outside provider will go on permitting.
Can equipment data be taken out if we leave?
Yes. Site registers, serials, visit history and invoices are yours, and the proposal sets out the exit terms.
