Who, when and where

Name, contact number, the date or dates wanted and the venue go in first, and a family that wants several functions has each one listed on its own line.

Functions wanted

Crew and call times are later set for each function from this list, so the list is kept as the family describes it. Nothing is retyped.

Budget and source

The budget the family mentions and where they heard of the studio are recorded. The source feeds the report on enquiries by source.

A tentative hold

A hold can be placed on the date while the family decides. It shows on the booking calendar as tentative, not confirmed.

Packages and what they include

A package is entered as the studio sells it. It carries hours, crew, number of spreads, prints, video deliverables and included revisions, and season and weekend pricing can differ, with the studio setting those rates. Maternity, newborn and pre-wedding packages are all entered in one package list.
