Integrations for Photography Studio Software

The software connects to WhatsApp, Google Drive links, Google Calendar, UPI and bank transfer records and, through an export, Tally. Each connection below states what it relies on from outside.

Connections at a glance

WhatsApp click-to-chat

Selection links, proof approvals and balance reminders are drafted in WhatsApp from the studio number. The coordinator reviews each one before sending.

Google Drive links for delivery

Gallery and download links from the service the studio uses today are recorded against the booking with their expiry.

Google Calendar for shoot dates

Shoot dates from the booking calendar can sit beside the studio’s other dates, so the crew and the coordinator see the same day in the calendar they already open. The exact set-up is agreed at scoping.

UPI and bank transfer records

Payments by UPI, cash, card or transfer are recorded against the booking with a receipt number. Nothing is collected through the software.

Tally, through an export

Books stay in Tally. An export for the accountant is agreed at set-up, as there is no built-in link today.

What depends on the other system

WhatsApp messages leave from the studio’s own number, so the studio’s WhatsApp account decides what can be sent. A delivery link works only while the storage service keeps it live, which is why the expiry is recorded. Calendar entries follow the settings of the studio’s Google account. The Tally export depends on how the accountant keeps the books.

Confirmed during scoping

  • Which WhatsApp number the studio uses for drafts
  • Which storage service holds delivery links today
  • Which calendar the shoot dates should appear in
  • The Tally export format the accountant wants
  • How UPI and transfer receipts are recorded against bookings

What is not replaced

No storage is replaced, and no payment gateway is added. Photographs stay on the studio’s disks and drives or in the service it uses today. Payments arrive by UPI, cash, card or transfer as they do now, and the system records them.
