Reports for Real Estate Sales and CRM Teams

These reports cover enquiries, site visits, inventory, bookings, instalments and partner commission. All of them read from the records that sales and CRM staff already keep.

Sales and collection in one place

In many sales offices enquiries sit in portal inboxes, visits in a diary and instalments in a separate sheet. A management question then means joining several files by hand. These reports read from one linked record instead. The answer comes from the CRM.

The reports

Enquiries by source and project

Leads counted by source and project, with how many of them went on to reach a site visit, so the sources that bring visits can be told apart.

Site visits by week

Visits for each week, with the visits that got no follow-up listed apart so the sales head can chase them.

Inventory by project

Units counted as available, on hold, booked and sold, project by project.

Bookings by salesperson and partner

Bookings split by the salesperson who closed them and by the channel partner who brought the buyer, where there was one.

Instalments due, received and overdue

Payment schedule lines grouped by status, so accounts sees what is owed and what has already arrived.

Partner commission due and paid

Commission calculated per booking and shown as due or paid for each partner.

Who acts on them

Owners and directors read bookings and unsold inventory across projects. Sales heads work from visits with no follow-up and bookings by salesperson. CRM and accounts executives use instalments and commission. A shorter summary per project sits on the sales dashboard.

What the figures reflect

Reports reflect what has been entered. A visit, a hold or a receipt must be recorded for it to be counted. Extra reports can be built from anything already recorded, with their content set with the business at set-up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are the reports live?

Yes. Figures are built from the live records, so each new entry shows in them.

Can a report be limited to one project?

Yes. Reports are kept project by project, and a person’s view follows their role.

Do the reports include tax or accounting returns?

No. They report on sales, inventory, instalments and commission. Accounting treatment stays with the client’s accountant.

Can a report beyond this list be added?

Yes, for anything the system already records. Extra reports are planned with the client before launch.
