Sales Dashboard for Builders and Agencies
The sales dashboard shows enquiries by source, visits this week, bookings this month and instalments due, project by project. It reads from the records the sales and CRM teams already update.
Four figures per project
A developer with more than one project needs the position of each side by side, without opening several lists and adding them up. Every project gets the same four figures. They are enquiries by source, visits this week, bookings this month and instalments due. A project that is behind stands out.
What the dashboard shows
Who reads it
Owners and directors read it across projects. Sales heads use it to see where visits and bookings are thin. CRM and accounts executives read the instalments due. Salespeople work from their own leads, and what each role sees on the dashboard is set during implementation.
What the figures reflect
This view reflects what has been recorded. A visit that was held but never entered will not be counted. Figures change as enquiries, visits and receipts are updated, and the detailed reports behind it are described on the reports page.
Frequently asked questions
Does the dashboard update as entries are made?
Yes. It reads the current records, so counts change as enquiries, visits, bookings and receipts are entered.
Can it be limited to one project?
Yes. Figures are kept per project, and which projects a person may see is confirmed with the customer when the work is scoped.
Are other figures available beyond these four?
Yes, provided the figures are recorded in the CRM. Extra figures are worked out with the sales team when the dashboard is set up.
Is it the same as the reports?
No. The dashboard is a short summary for each project. The reports go further into sources, follow-ups, inventory, bookings, instalments and commission.
