What depends on the other system
Each link relies on the account at the other end. A WhatsApp number, a payment gateway account and a website form belong to the agency. The connection is only as available as those services are. A direct Tally connection is possible and is scoped separately from the spreadsheet handover. Supplier and airline portals are connected only where a consolidator or hotel supplier offers an API or a booking export.

What it does not do
It is not a reservation system. Bookings are still made where the agency books today, and the file records what came back from the supplier. Where a supplier has no API, the executive records the confirmation by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Can enquiries from our website arrive in the software directly?
Yes. The website form, portal lead emails and WhatsApp number can be joined to the enquiry list, and the sources are agreed with the agency during scoping.
Is the Tally link a live one?
Accounts come out as a spreadsheet that posts into Tally. Wiring the two together directly is possible and is scoped separately.
Will it book hotels through supplier portals?
Only where a supplier offers an API or booking export. That is scoped separately. Otherwise the executive enters the confirmation on the file.
Who holds the WhatsApp and gateway accounts?
The agency does. The connection uses the agency’s own accounts, which are confirmed during set-up.
