Website and WhatsApp Chatbots for Customer Enquiries
Website and WhatsApp chatbots answer the routine questions your counter staff repeat: price slab, availability, timings, documents needed and order status. Replies come from content you have approved, and anything unusual goes to a person.
Enquiries outside working hours
A customer may message your WhatsApp number in the evening to ask whether a size is in stock and what it costs. With nobody at the desk, the message waits until the next morning. A bot answers at once. It takes the customer’s name and requirement. The enquiry is written into your CRM, and your sales executive opens it with those details already recorded.
Where the answers come from
When a bot will not help much
- Your enquiries are few enough that a person answers them all promptly
- Every deal is negotiated, so there is no standard answer to give
- Nothing is written down yet, and the content would have to be created first
- Nobody is available to pick up the handovers the bot passes on
Frequently asked questions
Can the chatbot reply in our local language?
Yes, in many widely used languages and in mixed typing such as a local language written in English letters. Each language is tested on your own phrasing before it goes live, since every trade has its own shorthand and abbreviations that a general model may misread.
Can we use our existing WhatsApp number?
Usually, through the WhatsApp Business API, though a number already running on the normal WhatsApp Business app has to be moved across. The account is registered in your name. It is not ours.
Does the bot ever answer incorrectly?
It can, which is why its scope is kept narrow and its content approved by you. It is set to refuse and hand over when unsure, and the conversation log is reviewed in the first weeks to catch bad answers.
Who owns the bot and its content?
You do. The content, the conversation flows and the accounts are yours, and your team can edit the answers without coming back to us for a wording change.

Share your requirements and one of our engineers will come back to you within one business day.
What happens after you share your requirements
- A senior engineer reads your answers. Nobody phones first.
- Within one business day you get a written note: what we understood, what we would start with, and the questions we still have.
- If it fits, a proposal follows with the order of work, what we need from you and what you receive at each step.
- No call is booked and nothing is paid until you have read the note. Your details stay with us.
