A two-page template per serial number. Page one is the unit card with model, serial, customer, site, ship date, installation date, software version and warranty dates. Page two is a visit log with columns for date, visit type, engineer, fault or checklist result, spares fitted with part and lot numbers, readings, downtime and customer sign-off.
