One row per production run. Columns hold date, shift, machine, mould, cavity, resin grade and lot, regrind ratio, standard and actual cycle time, shots since maintenance, defect code and quantity. A second block lists each mould repair, polish and vent cleaning with its date, the shot count at that point and the name of the toolroom fitter.
