Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Is this software for coaching, or only for court booking?
- Can a court be held for a batch and still be hired out when the batch is off?
- Is shuttle use recorded for a single batch?
- How are player levels kept?
- Does it run tournament draws?
- How is a coach’s share on private lessons worked out?
- Can a parent with two children pay once?
- May we move our player list in from a spreadsheet?
- What does it cost?
- If we leave, can the records come with us?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Court hours are double-booked
- Players sit in the wrong batch
- Shuttle use cannot be matched to batches
- Tournament entries are collected in chat groups
- Private session shares are disputed
