Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Is this software for chiropractors only?
- Does it keep SOAP notes and spinal findings by region?
- Can it count visits against a treatment plan?
- Can we keep X-rays and MRI reports in it?
- Is it cloud software or installed on the clinic computer?
- Can patients book their own appointment or consult by video?
- Does it send reminders to patients?
- Is there any hand-off to accounting software?
- Can patient records be moved from our register, and who owns them?
- What does it cost?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Course progress is hard to see
- Package balances are tracked loosely
- Intake and consent papers go missing
- Patients drop out between visits
- Associate splits are worked out manually
