Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Can a contract mix kilo and piece pricing?
- How are counts kept apart between customers during sorting?
- Does it hold rental linen owned by the laundry?
- Can I see why a load needed a rewash?
- What does a delivery note carry?
- Is the wash floor tracked by machine?
- Can customers dispute a monthly bill line by line?
- How long before the plant can switch over?
- Who owns the data if we stop?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Counts differ at each end
- Rental and customer linen get mixed
- Rewash and damage are not charged to a cause
- Contracts mix kilo rates and piece rates
- Rounds run on the driver’s memory
