Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Will it fit how our projects sell?
- Is it a CRM for builders or for agents?
- Does it work as a site visit app on a phone?
- How does it settle two partners claiming the same buyer?
- Does it make us RERA compliant?
- Can it be connected to our accounting package?
- Can existing leads and bookings be brought across?
- Who owns the data?
- What does it cost?
- Why not use a large CRM such as Salesforce?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Escalation dates are missed
- CAM is billed from a guess
- Renewals are opened too late
- Sold and leased units share one sheet
- Deposits and dues are scattered
