- Test runs awaiting sign-off
- Spares quoted for each line, by age
Systems it may need to connect to
Note which ones you already run.
- SMS

Questions for any vendor
Put these to every supplier you are comparing.
- Can a quote use survey data entered on site?
- How does section numbering work?
- Is a revised layout kept apart from the first?
- Do roller and belt purchases link to a project?
- What if the crew changes the line on site?
- Can it plan erection crews?
- Can old projects be loaded for spares?
- What does it cost?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- The site survey is separate from the quote
- Sections are not numbered against the layout
- Belt and roller stock is guessed
- Factory trial fit is not recorded
- Erection changes never reach the drawing
