- Do technicians work from a phone?
- Does it track stock in the van?
- Can existing customers and contracts be moved?
- Who owns the data?
- What does it cost?
- Does it show where each technician is?
Where the work usually breaks today
Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.
- Calls are dispatched from memory
- Key records are held on paper
- Proof of customer authority is not recorded
- Van stock does not match purchases
