Questions for any vendor

Put these to every supplier you are comparing.

  • Does it support Ayurvedic terms like prakriti and anupana?
  • Can it plan a Panchakarma course?
  • Can the pharmacy track medicine batches?
  • Can patients book online or consult over video?
  • Is a therapy course sold as a prepaid package?
  • Is sales tax charged on medicines and therapy?
  • What records does a health inspection or accreditation visit ask for?
  • Can billing figures reach my accounting software?
  • Who owns the patient data?
  • What does it cost?
  • How soon could the vaidyas and front desk use it?
  • What should the clinic prepare in advance?

Where the work usually breaks today

Circle the ones you recognise. They set the order of the project.

  • Package sittings are miscounted
  • Therapists and treatment rooms are double-booked
  • Consultation notes do not follow the client
  • Oils and consumables are never costed
